Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, contact details, preferred language, property or project details, service interests, timeline, budget range, campaign source, conversation history, appointment preferences, consent choices and follow-up records.

Please do not send passwords, one-time passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your project needs, provide service follow-up, maintain enquiry and client records, protect our services, and prepare internal reporting and analytics.

If you separately choose to receive marketing updates, we may also use your approved contact details for IDSIGN design ideas, project information, events and relevant offers.

IDSIGN may use approved service providers for enquiry forms, messaging, cloud storage, analytics and AI-assisted customer support. Access must be limited to what is necessary for the approved purpose.

AI may help organise information and prepare replies. Under the current pilot rules, AI does not independently confirm appointments, quotations, discounts, deposits, payments or contracts.

With your permission, IDSIGN uses Meta Pixel to measure page visits, campaign source information, form interaction and successful enquiry completion. This helps us understand which advertisements and campaign pages are effective.

IDSIGN does not intentionally send your name, phone number, budget selection or form answers to Meta through these events. You may accept or decline analytics when the website asks. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be reset by clearing this website's browser data.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from the information required to respond to your enquiry. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or 停止.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop IDSIGN from responding to an active enquiry, supporting an existing project, or retaining records required for operational or legal reasons.

We retain information according to its purpose, operational need, consent status and applicable requirements. We may retain a minimal suppression record after a marketing opt-out so that we do not contact you again by mistake. Long-term reporting should use aggregated or genuinely anonymised information where practical.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion where applicable. IDSIGN will verify the request and explain any information that must remain for an active service, dispute, security, accounting, contractual or legal reason.
