HOW A GOOD KITCHEN WORKS
Fridge, sink, hob. Get the triangle right first.
Almost every meal moves between three points: the fridge, the sink and the hob. Keep them close, but not cramped, with nothing in the way. That’s the kitchen work triangle, and it’s where we start on your floor plan.

Work in zones.Store things where you use them. Food near the fridge, plates and the dish rack by the sink, pots, oil and spices by the hob.

Room to land and prep.Clear worktop beside the fridge and the hob, and the longest stretch between the sink and the hob. That's where most of the cooking happens.

Dry and wet kitchen.Wok cooking, strong smells and washing up stay in the wet kitchen. Coffee, toast and serving go in the dry kitchen. Some homes need both, some don't.

Appliances planned in.The rice cooker, air fryer, microwave and water dispenser each get their own spot and their own power point, so they don't fight for the worktop.

Drawers, not doors, down low.Deep drawers bring everything out to you, so nothing gets lost at the back. Corners and narrow gaps get fittings, so no space is wasted.

Kitchen questions owners ask us first.
Can I plan only the kitchen first?
Yes. Many owners start with the kitchen. We'll still look at your whole floor plan, so the kitchen fits the rest of your home and anything you plan later.
Do I need a dry kitchen and a wet kitchen?
It depends on how you cook. Some homes need both, some don't. We'll work it out with you at your Home Planning Session, based on your cooking and your floor plan.
Can you tell me the price now?
The estimator above gives you a starting range. Your actual price depends on the sizes, layout, materials and fittings, so we confirm those with you before the final quotation.
Why aren't you the cheapest?
We don't price to be the cheapest, because we want you to get good materials, good workmanship and good service... including after-sales, years later.
Can I see my kitchen before it's built?
Yes. Our designer shows you your kitchen layout and a mood board with the look and materials, before anything is priced or built.
Do you supply the sink, hob and hood?
Yes. We can supply them as part of your kitchen, so they're planned in from the start, not squeezed in later. We'll confirm the models and sizes with you before your final quotation.
My keys aren't ready yet. Is it too early?
No. Planning before your keys means you're ready to start when they arrive. Send your floor plan and expected key month.
I'm not in Kuching right now. Can we still plan?
Yes. We can plan your kitchen with you online. Send us your floor plan and we'll set up your Home Planning Session, face to face or online.
What happens if something goes wrong after handover?
